Prestige Gardenia Estates Phase II Pre-Launch Reservation Mechanism: Expression of Interest (EOI) Your EOI submission gives you a priority number that will be used to decide your plot selection order at formal launch. So an early EOI directly influences what Vaastu-preferred, corner and clubhouse-facing plots you have to choose from.
Step 1 — Enquiry: You fill the enquiry form, our team calls back, shares the cost sheet, payment plan and configuration availability.
Step 2 — Site Visit: Walk the 20-acre site, review the master plan, the cluster layout and the orientation options. Site visits can be scheduled at a convenient time or done as walk-ins.
Step 3 — EOI Submission: Submit the EOI with the refundable expression-of-interest deposit. You receive a priority number that fixes your slot in the allocation queue.
Step 4 — Conversion at Formal Launch: On formal Karnataka RERA registration and launch, the EOI converts into a formal booking and the agreement to sell is executed at the locked pre-launch rate.
